My newest recipe is a make ahead wonder! Make my “Make Ahead Streusel Coffee Cakes” TODAY and have them all week for a quick grab and go breakfast or snack! They are deliciously easy to whip up and store beautifully in an air tight container at room temperature. These are portable, flavorful and lets be honest – fun to make! I love making streusel and how bad could it be really – sugar and butter!? 

Also my “Ask and Answer” feature is about the use of coffee with chocolate and how it brings out all the flavors of the chocolate without any flavor of the coffee!

My newest recipe is a slow cooker favorite around here! It is so easy – so delicious – and so flavorful that you will not believe it! When I developed this recipe I wanted to take your traditional turkey and dressing and up the flavor – ease – and I wanted to use chicken instead. All in all – fabulous results the first try! I tweaked the type of cheese – cook time – amount of cream soup and it was a hit! So many of my taste testers asked for this recipe – here you go! 

I am also sharing my recipe for the perfect go-to sides with this meal – honey corn and cooked to death green beans – I mean how bad could that be!? 

Also my “Ask and Answer” feature is all about how to make your own version of the popular canned cream soups! Phyllis Riggs shared with me her recipe and I am passing that along to you!

I love brownies and I love anything citrus, so I figured, why not combine the best of both worlds? These have nothing artificial and are packed with real orange flavor. The secret is to use fresh orange juice and fresh orange zest. People go crazy for these!

I love salmon – not to mention the many health benefits that go along with it – and my recipe for “Salmon Patties” is a multi-generational recipe that is delicious – quick – flavorful and versatile. Squeeze lemon on the patties at the end for a burst of fresh lemon flavor that pairs well with the salmon or sprinkle on chopped chive at the end and serve alongside macaroni and tomatoes. A recipe sure to please!

The first day of SPRING is tomorrow and I just can’t believe it! It seems winter lasts SO LONG compared to the spring and summer months. Enjoy every second of the spring and summer because it’s fleeting for sure. Why not start the celebration with my delicious and fabulous “SPRING CELEBRATION COOKIES”!? The cookies are tender inside and stable outside while the frosting on top is thick and flavorful! 

Feel free to leave the frosting off these cookies and serve as is – but part of the fun and celebration is the colorful frosting! Use any food color you desire – and any color that you want to match your mood. Experiment and enjoy!
